Butter Mints Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of softened margarine
1 tsp of butter-flavored flavoring
2 tsps of unsweetened evap milk
1 cup of powdered-sugar substitute
Instructions:
Cream the milk, margarine and flavoring together ’til fluffy. Add in sugar substitute. Knead mixture ’til smoothened.
Roll mixture out and form onto marble-sized balls then press lightly into molds then slightly flatten.

Cracker Jacks Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of popcorn (unpopped)
1/4 cup of peanuts
1/4 cup of pecans
2 Tbsps of sesame-seeds
1/4 cup of honey (raw)
1/4 cup of almonds
2 Tbsps of unrefined oil (Safflower)
2 Tbsps of sunflower-seeds
1/4 cup of coconut
Instructions:
Pop 1/2 c popcorn then set it aside. You heat thick skillet over mid-heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat your pan’s bottom.
Add the seeds & peanuts then lightly roast ’til coconut will begin to be golden-brown. Remove your pan from the heat & stir the honey & popcorn in. Best when served warm.

Basic Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour; sifted
1.5 Tbsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1 tsp of salt
2 pieces of eggs (large)
2 cups of milk (whole)
2 Tbsps of oil
Instructions:
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder inside a bowl. Combine milk with eggs; mix them well and add onto the flour mixture. Incorporate well and slowly add the oil.
Variations: Add two tablespoons sugar and two teaspoons cinnamon OR Add fresh or frozen blueberries.

Peanut Butter Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of crunchy peanut-butter
2 large eggs
36-40 Choco rosebud-candies
Hershey’s kisses
2 cups of sifted sugar
Instructions:
Cream the peanut-butter together w/ sugar. You beat the eggs then add into mixture. Shape the batter into 1-inch balls. Arrange them on greased flat bake sheets lined w/ parchment-paper.
Flatten the balls into 2-inch diameter circles. Place the kisses or candies into center of every circle.
Bake them for 10-12 mins at 375 degrees F ’til firm. Cool completely on wire racks.

Crunchy Noodle Jumble Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ounces of chow-mein noodles
1/4 tsp of garlic-salt
2 Tbsps of melted low-calorie margarine
1/2 tsp of powdered chili
1/4 tsp of dried mustard
1 Tbsp of reduced sodium soysauce
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly in 13×9x2-inch bake pan, lightly toss to evenly coat. Have it baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for about 15-20 mins, stir once while baking. Remove it from the oven. Best when served hot.

Five-Spice Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of five spice powder
3 cups of walnuts; broken
Instructions:
In medium-sized saucepan, you melt the butter. Add salt & five spice powder. Add the walnuts then stir ’til walnuts are coated evenly.
Transfer this mixture into 13×9x2″ bake pan. Have it baked in 300 degrees F oven about 20 mins, stir 1x or 2x. Cool completely in bake pan about 15 mins. Turn into paper-towels and continue cooling. Have them stored in tightly-covered containers.

Microwave Carmelcorn Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packs of popcorn (microwave)
2 cups of sugar (brown)
1/3 cup of Karo syrup (white)
1/2 cup of butter
Instructions:
Microwave the popcorn then transfer onto the (paper) bag; discard the unpopped corn. Combine sugar, butter, and syrup inside a saucepan for 5 mins, while constantly stirring. Pour onto the popped popcorn; mix them well.
Microwave again for one min. Mix thoroughly. Tear the bag open then let it cool.

Kids Popcorn Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of molasses
3/4 c of butter
8 cups of popcorn (popped)
1/2 cup of corn-syrup
Salt
Instructions:
Cook corn-syrup and molasses together ’til mixture reaches hard-crack stage. Add the salt and butter in.
Have your popcorn placed in bowl then stir slowly w/ wooden-spoon. Have them coated evenly.
Spread a small amount of butter in hands then shape popcorn carefully into small balls, creating desired sizes. PLace on waxpaper then set ’til they harden.
