Popcorn Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
16 ounces of marshmallows
1/4 cup of oil
12 ounces of peanuts (salted)
Straws for drinking
Balloons
1/2 cup of margarine
16 cups of popcorn
1/2 cup of candy-coated mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
In saucepan placed over mid-heat, you combine the oil, mallows and butter. Constantly stir ’til the mallows melt. Place the peanuts & popcorn in large-sized bowl. Add the mallow mixture in.
Add the choco chips then stir lightly into the popcorn mix. You press the popcorn mix into oiled 10-inch tube bake pan, then pack it firmly. You place it in your fridge for 30 mins ’til it sets.
Unmold into serving platters. Decorate the cake and pipe the icing into the cake. Blow the balloons up then the tie them into end part of the straws. Arrange them in the opening of the cake. You may also fill it w/ gumballs.

Peanut Butter Nanaimo Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 cup of coconut
2 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
2 cups of crumbled wafers (Graham)
1 large egg
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
2 Tbsps of powdered custard (Bird’s)
2 cups of icing sugar; sifted
2 Tbsps of softened butter
1/2 cup of smooth peanut-butter
1/4 cup of milk
5 ounces of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp of butter
Instructions:
For the base: You melt 3 ounces of chocolate & butter on high-power in your microwave oven. Mix the egg, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the crumbs, nuts and coconut. Press this mixture into 9-inch square bake pan then chill.
For the filling: With your mixer, you beat the custard powder, milk, butter, peanut butter and icing sugar together. Spread this filling over prepared base then chill.
For the icing: You melt the chocolate w/ butter on mid-heat for 3-4 mins. Spread melted chocolate & butter mixture over chilled filling.
