Chunky Date, Coconut and Almond Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of oats (old-fashioned)
1/2 cup of sweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup of firmly-packed sugar (brown)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
2 Tbsps of honey
3.4 cup of halved almonds (whole)
1/2 cup of cashews (raw)
1 & 1/2 tsps of alls-spice (ground)
1/4 cup of butter (unsalted)
1 cup of packed dates (pitted), each sliced onto thirds in crosswise fashion

Instructions:

Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Combine oats, almonds, coconut, cashews, sugar, all-spice and cinnamon in large-sized bowl.

You melt the butter w/ honey in thick small-sized saucepan placed over low-heat. You pour the granola mix over then toss it well. Then spread the mixture evenly in flat bake sheets.

Have it baked for 20 mins, stir occasionally. You add the dates then mix in order to have the clumps separated. Continue baking ’til granola turn golden-brown. Stir frequently for 15 more minutes then cool.
