Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pieces of bread slices
3/4 cup of peanut butter (creamy)
6 Tablespoons of jelly (or jam)
3 pieces of eggs (large)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of milk
2 Tablespoons of butter (or margarine)
Instructions:
Spread the peanut butter onto 6 bread slices. Spread the jelly onto the remaining bread slices. Place them together like a sandwich.
Beat the eggs lightly inside the bowl; add the milk then season with salt. Melt the butter on a skillet above moderate heat. Carefully dip the sandwiches on the mixture of egg and cook till browned on each side.
Serve at once.
