Roasted Soybeans Recipe
Ingredients:
Celery (stalks and leaves)
Soybeans
Onions; chopped
Salt
Instructions:
Soak the beans for over a night. Combine softened beans, celery, and onions inside the kettle; season with salt. Cook above gentle heat, covered, for 3 to 4 hrs. Drain.
Spread onto a baking sheet, w/ a tablespoon or two of oil. Place inside the oven and roast at 200 degrees F for 4 to 8 hrs.
